Metalworking Fluids
GB Lubricants' range of soluble and neat metalworking fluids has not only been designed to cater for the advancements in machining techniques, but also places particular emphasis on health, safety and the environment. It is now universally recognised that the choice of technologically advanced cutting fluids is vital for cost-effective, efficient and safe production.
Neat Cutting Oils
GB UNICUT®1
A very low viscosity, high lubricity cutting oil, designed for applications requiring a good flushing action, along with good wetability and heat removal properties. It is water-white, does not stain yellow metals and is suitable for machining cast iron and non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium.
GB UNICUT®2
A medium viscosity, high lubricity neat cutting oil, free from chlorine, sulphur or phosphorus. Ideal for machining both medium tensile steels and yellow metals, such as copper or brass.
GB UNICUT®3
A medium viscosity, extreme-pressure cutting oil, ideally suited for automated operations involving both medium tensile steels and yellow metals.
GB UNICUT® 4
A high performance, extreme-pressure cutting oil containing active sulphur, for use in severe operations including heavy duty turning and gear hobbing.
GB UNICUT® 5
A low viscosity, extreme-pressure cutting oil containing active sulphur, ideal for a wide variety of arduous cutting operations involving high alloy and stainless steels.
GB UNICUT® 6
A medium viscosity, heavy-duty cutting oil, formulated with active sulphur and chlorinated extreme-pressure additives, for use in severe cutting operations on steel, such as heavy duty turning and gear hobbing.
GB UNICUT® 7
A medium viscosity, high lubricity, extreme-pressure cutting oil, incorporating an inactive sulphurised ester. Ideally suited to operations on cuprous and aluminium alloys. This extreme-pressure lubricant can also act as a slideway lubricating oil.
GB UNICUT® 8
A medium viscosity, high lubricity, chlorinated extreme-pressure cutting oil, formulated for broaching, tapping and threading operations on alloy, high tensile and stainless steels.
